We have had the opportunity to sit down with Brian, the store manager, to discuss his company and experience with Flashtech and the products we offer.
Flashtech - Brian, who is your company and what do you specialize in?
Brian – Our Company is RNR which stands for Rent n Roll. RNR specializes in custom wheels and tires with unique payment options such as our rent to own program. This allows our customers the flexibility to customize their vehicle that they normally would not be able too.
Flashtech - That sounds like a very exciting opportunity for your customers! Since you are our current featured retailer what Flashtech products do you offer and how does this product compliment your stores current offering?
Brian – We are currently offering Flashtech 32v Single beam and Bixenon Hid lighting systems. We decided that in order to expand our customer base finding other vehicle accessories that were marketed to the same demographic would make a great add on sale.
Flashtech - That is great! I see you decided to go solely with our 32v kits. What made you decided to go this route?
Brian - The Flashtech 32v kit was by far the most advanced kit we have found on the market. This has allowed us to promote a new and exciting product without the complications found in bringing a new product in our stores.
Flashtech – What has your experience been since putting Flashtech Hid kits in your store, and how have your customers responded?
Brian – Our experience has been great! The customer service associated with the product has been excellent and our customers have responded strongly to getting a cutting edge quality product at an affordable price. The fact that we also allow pay as you go options, allows us to give the same type of flexibility as purchasing our wheels and tires while showcasing a new product.
Flashtech - What advice would you give to other retailers who are contemplating putting Flashtech products in their stores?
Brian- If they are concerned with offering a quality well engineered product there really is no other option. The fact that the warranty and customer service backs the claims has allowed us to make a very easy transition!
